Start every day with at-least 7-8 hours of sleep.
- Avoid eating fast food and packaged food laced with preservatives regularly.

- For ideal metabolism to kick off need to avoid stuffing yourself with too much food. Once it becomes a habit you have raised the bar of your body and it demands food and you never get that feeling of full unless you stuff yourself which is a dangerous habit.
- Start jogging, brisk walking, cycling, and running as per your convenience preferably mornings before sun rise. Start with 15 minutes a day or you may do it twice a day (15 minute sessions each).
- Cold drinks occasionally are ok.
- Do not go harsh on yourself and it’s a journey you need to enjoy.
