Baidyanath Gokshuradi Guggulu is an ayurvedic formulation for curing rheumatism and genital and urinary ailments. It also strengthens the kidney and prostate.

Baidyanath Kaishore Guggulu is traditionally used in pitta-type arthritis, characterized by redness, heat, inflammation and persistent pain in the joints. Kaishore Guggulu is particularly helpful for the accumulation of pitta in the joints and muscles, which may be indicated by pain and inflammation. Chronic accumulation can lead to such serious conditions as bursitis, tendonitis and arthritis.

Indication: Alterative, anti-inflammatory & tonic. It is administered in syphilis, malignant ulcers, fistula, scrofula etc. It is used to treat thyroid diseases and glandular enlargements. It effectively flushes toxins and wastes from the lymphatic system.

Ingredients: Kachnar, Trifala, Trikatu, Varuna, Dalchini, Ela, Tejpatra, Guggulu etc

Dosage: 1 to 2 tabs. with water twice a day or as directed by physician.

Ingredients: Sontha, Pipal ,Chavya, Piplamul, Hing, Ajmod, Indrajau, Patha, Vidanga, Kukti Atis, Vacha, Trifala, Guggulu, Vang Bhasma, Lauh Bhasma etc

Dosage: 1-2 twice or thrice after food as directed by the physician.

Baidyanath Simhanad Guggulu is a classical ayurvedic preparation that digests AMA and alleviates vata dosha, hence its very effective in rheumatic disorders like amavata (rheumatoid arthritis) and vatarakta (gout).

Ingredients: Triphala ,Gandahaka ,Purified Guggul, Eranda

Dosage: 2 tabs thrice daily with warm water. 

Baidyanath Trayodashang Guggulu is used to promote appetite and digestion, increase the number of red blood cells, and aid in removal of undesirable fat in the body. Also as per ayurvedic texts regarding this herbal preparation this is very beneficial in many types of Vata Dosha diseases. This is also found to be most beneficial in Vata shoola. Also when regularly used by a limping or crippled person this is also known to bring about reduction in their limp as well as cripple. This can even care internal organs of the body as a mother cares for her child. It promotes the internal cleansing, reduce conditions of stagnation and excess, and improve digestion and assimilation of nutrients.
